We met with Karen King at the Pacific Lifestyle Homes Design Studio showroom recently. She was extremely helpful and especially gifted in helping us choose products to be used in our new home build. She greeted us cheerfully, and was able to quickly put us at ease as she showed us around the showroom. We came with a list of ideas and several specific questions; she answered our questions thoroughly, and brought up points to consider that we had not previously thought about. Her gentle and confident manner quickly made us feel assured in the choices we were making. Being able to handle the sample products helped to build our confidence. We came well prepared because of the materials Karen had emailed to us ahead of our appointment. At the point in our appointment when we had made all of our selections, Karen carefully went over everything again, making sure we were pleased. She patiently answered all the questions we had.
