what a joke, had my phone for over 2 weeks, no contact unless i contacted them, hold times of 30 blooming minutes. rude boys working in the customer service centre, no contact from management. eventually told will take a 3rd week with no discount on repair. All for a screen fix, found a cheaper place in town now anyways. AVOID
