Called and talked to a salesman about a used vehicle they had for sale. Salesman says the vehicle just came in on trade and went out for detailing . I said let me know when it comes back so I can test drive and hopefully buy it. No problem. I text the salesman 24 hours later to find out if the vehicle came back yet. He said yes and it already sold. I said you sold it. He said first come first serve. I said I was first call and first serve. You should have told them there were other people first in line to buy it. Try this, have some of your older car salesman teach your younger salesman how to honor something they said. Either way the vehicle was going to be sold. But it should have been to the first person in touch with you. THANKS!!!!!
