We had Gillece come to service our furnace and change the filters. They had us pay $704 up front and they would order the parts and be back the next week to install. My husband took the day off of work and they never showed up. He then took the next day off and again they never showed up. Our check was cashed and now we can't get them to install the filters they ordered for us. I will NEVER use Gillece again. Overpriced and horrible customer service.
