They have nothing better to do at night than tailgate people at night in a residential neighborhood. Out of state license plates must be a hot prize for them. Thought it was just some jerk, drove around, parked up outside my families house and just about walked inside when I saw him pull up shining his lights in my car. Walked back to ask what he was doing and he drove away without saying anything. No speeding, not doing anything suspicious. If this is how they treat non-residents, I can only imagine how they treat their residents.
