Lets start with the rooms, the hair dryer did not work, then the fridge did not work, the milk had gone off, other than this 2 issues the room was fine.
Dinning, had the brunch and breakfast, food was nothing near exceptionally good, the service was the worse I ever had, we had to repeatedly ask for service to clear our plates and ask for coffee.
Sorry if you expected a big thank you, the reason I had not made a fuss it is because the stay was complimentary or is this how you treat guest with a complimentary stay!
