Rooms:
The room was fine. Clean, reasonably tidy and with a small flaw here and there: read a broken commercial, damaged paint on furniture, etc.However, there was a major disadvantage here: the circular heating system of the hotel was very noisy, especially at night. This is a very annoying noise and in our case caused us to sleep badly. Mentioned this the first night after we had not yet gotten to sleep at 4am. Unfortunately, the employee behind the desk could not really be described as customer-friendly and said: yes it is a hotel, just put earplugs in ...

Food and drink:
The food and drinks were adjusted due to corona, the rules were carefully observed. Unfortunately, guests who did not adhere to this were not addressed by all the staff. Other than that it was fine, warm and tasty.

Facilities: despite corona, the facilities were well arranged, except for the sauna, everything was open if reserved.

Customer service:
Not all staff were equally customer-friendly, there were very large differences. This song is therefore unsatisfactory for some. The use of the corona measures was also not done with the same standards.

All in all, a great hotel, well arranged with due observance of corona. Unfortunately, it falls short for some staff and there is no solution for the noise nuisance from the heating pipes ...
