I paid off my equipment , but they still were charging me. I called and they called me back saying I had not paid off my equipment and that I owed $611.55 more. I said this company's accounting has been hacked and my house could not be in worse hands . I paid the money and cancelled. Your home is not safe with this company!!!
And cancellation was a hassel. BBB HAS HAD THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT VIVINT.
