Worst customer service available. In one day, I used 3 methods attempting to contact this company. The only response I got was on Facebook telling me they couldn't help me, but would forward the message. 24 hours later with no response from either email or voice mail - I asked the social media team how long a response generally takes as I was getting quite frustrated after being advised that products ship within 10-12 business days, today being 19 business days. When given no answer to the question of how long the reply would take but told once again they would let someone know I had emailed them I told them I won't be ordering again as they aren't helpful and no need for responding as I had FINALLY gotten the shipping email by time they responded. . The rep choose to take this personally - telling me I didn't need to be rude - it's truthful! I will certainly be going ANYWHERE else.
