We encountered a problem with the delivery of our desk. It was all the fault of the delivery personnel at Fed Ex, but we were told we had to go through the shipping party to find out what happened to our missing cartons. We were very fortunate to have William Clark as the Uplift customer service rep to whom we were connected. He was courteous, kind, and thorough in guiding us through the solution to our problem. We were also impressed with your company policy of ensuring that the customer (that'd be us) were completely satisfied.
