Hunter Witcher and Dustin Walker earn this 5 star rating. I needed a patio door locking mechanism that no one in Bakersfield had in stock. We were moving out of the house and the moving van was loading our contents. I went to three different businesses looking for this rare part. My last stop and hope was G.H. Slack & Sons at 11:50am Saturday 10 minutes before they closed. BEST STOP I made that day. Dustin searched everywhere in the store for this item, stating he didn't have in stock. Hunter stepped in and saved the day! Hunter, my new best friend of the day, went into the upstairs storage searched for my part and found it. I was overjoyed as I desperately needed that part.
These 2 employees worked after closing time to help me. They are a HUGE asset to your company. They exceeded customer support expectations, in my opinion. Hunter Witcher and Dustin Walker, I appreciate all your efforts that day!
