Excellent hotel, in a very central location in the city of Ioannina. I visited it in the middle of a pandemic with my husband and my baby. What impressed me at the hotel is the service by providing a baby cot. The cleanliness was very good, as well as the service from the staff. The only point that would like some improvement is the breakfast as well as the dinner that I would prefer more variety as it was also obvious and the lack of staff regarding the service in the restaurant. I think he had shortages for a five star hotel, I hope it is due to changes due to a pandemic. Otherwise you always had access to the hotel car park as well as the surrounding area was very tidy.
