Showers and pool temp are always too cold. Comments made to staff over the years and their response "maybe one day they will fix it". This has been an issue to my knowledge over 6 yrs. I also think membership fee are high and not worth it. Wish there was a weekend pass since week days are hard for many working parents with kids into sports and other activities. Unless you have babies and take advantage of childcare, you can find cheaper places to work out. They also took away lounge, so those snow days when i took kids (found a loop hole on fees...kids memberships are cheaper) i had to sit in freezing lobby while trying to work remote while kids used gym. Also, gym space is limited and you have to contend with the day care using gym space.
