Love this centre. So nice to have a centre like this in the area. Shame retail struggles so much with very high turnover of retailers. many stores (high end brands) only have a single staff member on. Fingers crossed this centre never becomes a derelict centre. Can tell management works hard at innovating to draw in the public with good displays and events. Unfortunately they allow similar stores to open in close proximity. Rents seem unsustainably high. Plain to see this causes the retail volatility. Poor parking design is a huge faux pas. Managenent intervention to work around this and provide reasonable traffic flow at peak times is admirable however it's a costly stop gap and marrs a good shopping experience, along with poor planning of toilet- to-park access, in some areas.
