This October, I was fortunate enough to be a guest...

This October, I was fortunate enough to be a guest at the
JW Marriott Essex House for two consecutive weekends.

The check in process was smooth and the front desk clerk was more than
accommodating about room location despite that I was using ritz
rewards points for the room. The concierge set up a town car for the day that
helped a great deal. Best of all was my experience with
Rosa, at in house room service.
Every morning I would call for juice, coffee and croissants to start the day.
She was very courteous, repeated the order to me and was just lovely.
The second weekend I was in the hotel, I thanked her for the prior weekend's
service and said that my husband and I were back again to spend more time with our
daughter who lives in the city.
Rosa took the time to send a handwritten note on the breakfast tray wishing me a lovely weekend with my
daughter and welcomed me back. My husband and I have been fortunate to stay in lovely hotels throughout the world, and this is the first time that has every happened!
It was a wonderful gesture, and she should be commended for this personal
touch. Thanks again to the staff at The Essex House and especially, Rosa.
