Refuse collection dept absolute joke. Fail to coll...

Refuse collection dept absolute joke. Fail to collect refuse again the if you don`t report early enough new policy says won`t collect for another 2weeks!!
Full bin now standing rotting away for another 2 weeks at roadside.
Sorry what do I pay all this money for?
