Absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER dealt with. I made a reservation directly through the hotel, connected with one of their agent, he gave me the rates, I have him my card info and got a confirmation number. I noticed on my back statement that I was charged for more than I thought, I call the reservations number only to find out the reservation has been cancelled because the agent that booked my trip used a promo code that he was not authorized to use. A supervisor cancelled the reservation and I couldn't get the same rates. To add insult to injury they told me I couldn't get the money for the trip protection back because it's not refundable... Even though I am not the one that cancelled the reservation....buyer beware... With all the resorts along the beach I would think they would do more to keep customers
