My first experience with DRC trying to obtain Visa...

My first experience with DRC trying to obtain Visa for upcoming trip. Everything was received by Embassy on 7/12, now it is 8/9 and have nothing (certainly double the 10 business days listed on website). Phone is not answered and am hoping my email will get some attention. What is recourse to get something done???
