Don't use their repair services! Samantha, who is the only person that you have to talk to is the rudest person, and that is putting it mildly. Then she laughs and chuckles because she knows that the so-called warranty with a 250 deductible they sale you doesn't cover any, other words, they sale you a piece of junk so you have to pay them to fix it. Go to a real dealership and service center, they actually do inspect the vehicle before you buy it. CarMax has them beat. Because this dealership is just Drive time in disguise!
