I have to say my most recent visit to Scott Clark ...

I have to say my most recent visit to Scott Clark Toyota delivered an exceptional customer experience. My service advisor, Brian, took the time to provide focused attention as to the reason for my visit. On 2 separate occasions he came out to provide info on the work that needed to be done and advised of expected timeline.

In contrast, my last 2 visits to Scott Clark were very much the opposite of what I experienced on 4/12. My last visit was to have a $500+ remote starter installed. One would think that after that type of expense, someone would have taken the time to ensure I understood how it worked; nope. After looking around for assistance they were finally able to track down the accessories advisor. The capper was the vehicle was not washed, which also happened on my visit prior to that.

I chose not to write a negative review for the last 2 visits as I thought that was the customer experience I could expect despite the investment I made when I bought my new vehicle in 2016.

To bring round full circle, not only did Brian ask me if I wanted the truck washed, he drove it into the service center!

Scott Clark, Brian personifies all that your entire staff should aspire to be. Brian, keep up the great work!!!!
