The customer service is so poor, I requested 2 transcripts and it s like searching for a needle in a haystack. I m always been transferred to another person or department. For a world class university, there is a level of nonchalant approach to interfacing with customers who live abroad and need to ascertain this service. UWI needs to create a positive customer service experience for all, and their service team needs to refocus what their mission statement in regards to servicing the public.
