I traveled to St. Louis from Columbia to buy a car from Lou Fusz Toyota, and I would absolutely do it again! Everyone I worked with--from the online used car team to the finance department--was fantastic. Chelsea Darrow responded to my online inquiry within minutes with a call and follow-up text. From there I exchanged emails with Chelsea, Shelby Parker and Sarah Monroy from the online sales team who helped me get my test drive set up and got me in touch with my salesperson, Jeff Strum. Jeff was so nice and very patient. He answered all of my questions and worked with me to get me pre-approved for financing on a tight timeline. Once I arrived at the dealership, I went for a spin in my soon-to-be car with Matt Ciuffa. Again, another great experience with a genuinely kind and helpful staff-member. The paperwork part of the deal was painless! Totally a surprise. Anthony Crawford was the in-house Allstate rep and he was very quick about checking my insurance and following up with a quote. Finally, I sat down with Tracy Floyd to sign paperwork and decide on additional warranties. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and walked out confident. Plus, I ended up getting a better APR than my local bank! Tracy was very transparent and great about answering my questions.

The gist: Fantastic, trustworthy, kind people here. Couldn't have imagined a better car-buying experience. And my 2011 Rav4 is a dream!
