The only good thing about this hotel is the Location. Everything else is far from expected from a five star hotel. The service is very bad, the staff are not attentive and very arrogant starting from the concierge to the housekeeping staff. The room service would forget to send essentials sometimes, such as : cutlery, glasses and salt and pepper shakers.
Sometimes we would get dirty towels and we complained twice to the housekeeping.
Never staying there again.
