Extremely disappointed by the sales team, they just fool customers to get their sales up. I have been in touch with 2 sales agents to get my house cleaned for the end of the lease, they haven t instructed the cleaners properly about what areas need to be clean. Customer service agents and the sales team are not on the same page. Pathetic services (not fantastic). However, the customer service team is very helpful and also rectified the mistake immediately. Appreciate the escalation by the supervisor.
