Emergency Room staff is out of control- no one working together! I had to beg them to give my 92 year old mother a blanket for an hour and finally I had to demand one and finally got one!
The bathrooms were filthy the facility was not clean!!! The male nurse made us wait an extra hour before he would remove her IV because he needed an ego boost or something. I even overheard a staff member state to another that there was NO TEAM WORK in there and everyone was just doing what they felt like. She was on point! No organization no supervision. Chaos, bad attitudes, filth and neglect of an elderly patients needs are how I will describe Novant Emergency Room on Hawthorne Lane Charlotte NC. Do not bring elderly people or helpless people here for care they won t get any!!!
Thinking about making a news report since I work at a studio. This is not a third world country and for the overpriced fortune they charge people for service I believe it s not too much to ask for clean floors and restrooms!!! Even the ER room table was filthy. Is the cleaning staff angry or something!!?!?
