Oh my God! I just got out of there an hour and 1/2 ago... And although I was volunteer for evaluation for nothing more than taking my narcotics to a local fire department because I was afraid of sleep walking and possibly taking my narcotics after taking 3 new sleeping pills. I told FD and agreed to 'talk with someone'... 4 1/2 days later I was finally released on a 72 hour mandatory hold. Dr P was as horrible as all other posts suggest. He wasn't going to release me for another 2 days. I finally got released after I said I was going to the VA and report the milking of them 'just to keep warm bodies in their beds. He is a a brown nose to the institution more than he is a help to patients. They really do feign medical help in any kind of real long lasting help to those truly in need. Do Not Expect Real Diagnosis or Real Help For Yourself or a Loved One!ABSOLUTELY A DESPICABLE SUPPOSED INSTITUTION... only out to milk insurance from people in real need. My first 3 days I was in a zombie state due to their inability to give me medications I have been on for over 10 years.
