This company has been a blessing to us! They helped keep an old unit in need of replacement running affordably until we could save for a new one (at least 2to 3 years) . When we were able to save the funds and the old unit finally gave it up we purchased our new unit from them! We would get the same service tech almost every time...which I found a positive, as he was familiar with the uniqueness of our elderly system . They also provide yearly ac maintenance...I have made many personal references to anyone asking for a good ac/heating company. I must add that the replacement was necessary while my husband was deployed. I was treated with the utmost respect by John Osgood. He not only listened, but HEARD what I was saying. He explained my options clearly and in great detail...patiently answering any and all questions I presented! This is not always the case when a woman is trying to get quality services and not get taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge!

I am aware this is a long post, but I just can t say enough about my positive experiences with this company!
