Great experience purchasing our first BMW (Certified Pre-Owned). Everyone went out of their way to make us feel like part of the BMW family as soon as we walked in. The entire process (Thank you Jack!), from test drive to finance dept (Amanda) to the genius (Andrew) helping me get acquainted to the car, was, well, fun! Love the car...pure joy!
