On the 4th Hoppa driver never turned up to collect us at new York the airport staff called you direct and we were told you never had a booking for us I'm not happy that we had to wait 2 hr and then arrange other transport I phoned Hoppa and logged a complaint online when i got home to request a refund 11,12,2016 and still no reply from them this has been such a let down (REF: P1190048)
