From the initial phone call to checking out, this was 5 star service. I am an RN with a two year old and am currently between jobs. I worried when my daughter, who has always been healthy, developed a high fever and cough, especially since I was unsure where to go with my "temporary" insurance. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, etc. Though I wish my little one didn't have pneumonia, it was awesome to be cared for by such great providers...PA Jillian was amazing, as was the nurse Audrey and the desk staff. I have already recommended the facility and for sure will use again. Also, such thoughtful, welcoming, clean waiting areas & patient rooms. Thank you! Skylar & Caroline
