I had a very mixed experience with Vegas Insider. While their website was easy to use and had plenty of information, I found some of their tips to be quite outdated. It would be great if they could update their information more frequently. Additionally, their customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. Overall, I found Vegas Insider to be helpful to some extent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
