Worst customer experience ever as an Hilton gold member during 5days staying.
Also, the worst Hilton I ve ever experienced compared to a few Hilton I ve been in UK.
Special requirement was ignored and early check-in was declined due to their room inspection. Even waited for more than 30mins from the normal check-in time.
Honestly they re being racist based on how they treat Asian customers compared to local customers. Never willing to apologize for their misbehavior. Arrogant, rude and being posh.
