I called for information about an account and the customer service representative was so rude! I ask to speak to her supervisor and he was just as rude! they were absolutely no help and wouldn t give me any information. The only thing they kept telling me was they spoke to me YEARS ago about it and rudely hung up. I would have worked out a plan with them but I refuse to pay people like this any of my money. If I could rate them negative stars I would have.
