Similar story to the many other people here. Phone ordered in September 2020. Delivery delayed due to Covid 19, and then cancelled in October 2020. Repeated requests for refunds have been met with incorrect statements of being within the 14 day refund period, and then vague promises of refunds at a future date. I've had to escalate to my credit card provider for a charge back. Previously I'd found them reliable and responsive, but I now expect they are going out of business due to the number of unfilled orders and refunds. Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy throwing money away.
