Terrible. I wished this had been a good experience but there are too many problems here for this establishment to survive. No service for 45 minutes for a group of 15. Let birds bus a table behind us for 90 minutes. Finally got food. Meat light pink, very undercooked, had to be sent back. I asked how much a double would cost vs a single and she said um...double . When the service vanished again for 30 minutes I went to the bar for a drink. They overcharged me without showing me a tab. When I pointed this out they said just wait here and I ll give you a credit and started serving other customers. Charged us a gratuity. Save your money and go nearly anywhere else in Plano/Frisco.
