I went to the Anne frank house with my school and the place was very moving and historical, however I feel my experience and my fellow classmates experience was ruined by the extremely rude staff. A girl with blonde hair and lip fillers kept rolling her eyes at us and called us rude whilst we were standing there, before going in we had to give our bags in but because none of us had been there before we didn't know where the cafe was so we didn't bring our money, plus they had not told us yet she claimed to have tole us to bring our money but yet nobody remembered her saying that. Later on she then went on to calling one of our teachers stupid after saying she wanted to keep us inside of the building but out of the way so that we were a massive group of people outside on a small pavement in danger of getting run over by a bicycle. We were then forced to leave and the staff kept pulling faces at us. One thing that mainly suprised me was the fact that a charging cable had fallen out of one of my friends bag and the staff had then plugged it in and started using it and when she asked to give it back they refused to believe it was hers and so she was not given it back.
