My Hr manager Julio Ginzalez was awesome.. He was always positive and helpful and always tried to answer any of my questions.. The William sanoma/UPs warehouse team one is based out of needs a lot of work to be honest.. The head boss at that place need to learn how to be more positive and grow on his communication skills. A little to pushy, rude at times and just a his way or a highway feel. That makes it like a dictatorship then a team trying to accomplish a common goal and to get paid. The rollers, conveyors and equipment is horibally bad and they want greatness from us but dont give us the tools needed to be great .. From telling us to use sick time on o.t saying there is a buddy system for things over 70 lbs but we never use it when loading. There are people who weigh less then some of the freight and they have to get 225 ctns an hour no matter if theu are small or huge and if they don't get their numbers even if they are 5 short they can be sent home. Ending in a loss if wages. Sometimes we work 3 plus hours before a break... I started in April and when I started there were 12 leads and 4 senior leads and to to date. There are 2 leads and 2 senior leads... And not to mention the associates... So there is something wrong here that is getting worse and i want the best for folks there.. If we can just get it fair good communication and equipmtnet thats not falling off at the legs and equipment that actually works. Theu can do some real progress & succeed...
