So disappointed.

So disappointed.
I contacted Trend Financial this afternoon - at first i was talking to someone and she put me on hold 3 times in 30 seconds without letting me know and then transfers me to someone. I had to go over all the security questions again because they are so unorganized.

My car is under parking insurance and my keys and plates are with them. But i need it for a day or two to move the car from the driveway as we are renovating the house and need the car moved for a couple days to the other end of the house. The representative said i will have to get full ocverage in order to do that.

When i asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold for EXACTLY 1 second and then tells me that no supervisor is available. That was quick! When i asked who i should ask for when i call back she said no one because they will tell me the same thing she said.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST ORGANIZATION SKILLS.
why have supervisor in an organization when you can't talk to them to resolve your concerns?

4:15 pm UPDATE: The manager got back to me with a response saying that my issue was not needed to be escalated to either his or any of the supervisor's attention - attached a photo below - shows how their customer service is.

If the manager services the customers like that - i totally get why the rest of the employees are so terrible with their customer service.
