We took the beginner ski course here. They have a team of greeters who can answer any questions. One of them walked with us to the proper location. They have mastered the registration process. You move through an "assembly" line of sorts. One person looks up your registration info and gives you a printout and your ski lift pass. The next person measures your feet, selects your boots and helps you put them on. Next person selects your skiis and shows you how they work, then helmet, poles and so on. They have lockers you can rent. Our instructor was very friendly. We went on what is probably the busiest weekend of the entire year but we still had a great time. If the main parking gets full they have free shuttles to two other parking lots.
