This hotel is horrible! I booked a block of rooms for my wedding which was in the area and held a cocktail hour here which was in the bar. At the cocktail hour, our guests were allowed to drink on our open tab when given a button. Bartenders were serving guests drinks and putting them on our tab even after we pointed out the people were not wearing the buttons and they were not a part of our party. Additionally, we were contracted to book 20 nights and were promised a complimentary suite for a night after 20 rooms we booked. We actually booked 60+ nights in the hotel and were given a bill for the other night. They did eventually comp both nights however it was a process. The week before our guests arrived, we went to the restaurant on a Sunday at 10:30 AM to see if we could recommend the restaurant to our guests for breakfast. There appeared to be 4 people working and 3 families in the restaurant eating. We had to wait to get a table because all of the 20+ tables were filled with dirty dishes. Inexcusable. Management and communication are horrible at this location. It is in your best interest to not visit this hotel or the restaurant/bar with so many other better choices in the area.
