My wife bought a Prius C a couple years back with a service package. They took care of the care until she hit 25K Miles. When I started servicing the car I realized that the bottom cover to the engine had been removed. Must have been some lazy mechanic who took it off and never replaced it.

My wife engine now is all rusted due to all the salt from the winters and not cover on the bottom. I called and they said "it must have fallen off" when it clearly did not. They did nothing to help the situation.

We will not be buying any cars from this dealer anymore.
