What a mess! When I entered my phone as part of the profile process, the only message I received was "Sorry, we cannot send verification code to this number. Please make sure you input the correct mobile number" The number I entered is the only number I have had for the last two years. I tried several times but only got that message. I called their help line and went through a long wait to talk to a real person and that conversation lasted quite a long time. After some delays, the airbnb representative came back saying "Can you hear me?" and said it several times. Each time I replied that I could. Call was then terminated with the rep saying that he would send me an email which I have never received and at least 20 minutes have passed by. I give up!
