They're crooks. They bought a list from another collection agency who went out of business for not reporting paid bills so they could swindle people out of their money. Quality Asset Recovery has called me 3 separate times trying to get $100 copay I paid over a year ago. When confronted the first woman Heather Dimarco I spoke to today cussed at me and hung up. When I called back immediately I got the director who refused to give me his name and proceeded to tell me it's only $100 and he'll just close out the account. I wonder how many people fall for this Scam and how much money they steal from hard working people . CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS!!!.
