My adjuster Steve has to be one of the best in the industry personable guy and knows how to get the job done I was having problems on the transmission of my 08 bmw 5 series they worked with my local mechanic to have it replaced as well as working with them on the labor rate so that I wouldn't have any out of pocket labor costs definitely a good end to what could have been a very complicated situation
