Extremely patient, professional, highly trained staff. I'm a perfectionist and I am very hard to please with any service in general, but I find "Integrity" to have the best client service and the best range of treatments offered (One stop shop pretty much), and I have tried several places over the years in different states of Australia.

"Integrity" offers Paramedical treatments e.g.: I had scar treatment on my arms with Derma Stamp needling procedure and had very good results. Also, all other more cosmetic facial /chest treatments were excellent and people, including my family who see me daily, noticed a difference with my facial skin even just after the 1st treatment and compliments kept pouring.

Staff never promise what they cannot deliver. They are never pushy and in fact, the staff steered me away from unnecessary treatments that I didn't need and recommended the right one for me. Very accommodating with times, too, and will go out of their way to make a time slot for you.

Highly recommend if you want to do that one thing / treatment you always wanted to do but didn't know where to go or who to ask for advice, or never had time. Or even if you just simply want to get some advice on and buy high quality Australian and International products for body and face that actually really, really work. Staff also give great education on lifetime skin care in general that is very useful to know.
