Review of Beverton Honda

Car buying has always been anxiety inducing for me...

Car buying has always been anxiety inducing for me after a few bad experiences with high pressure salesmen, but my experience at Beaverton Honda was not that way at all. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice woman at the front desk, I told her about my reservations and asked for a salesperson that wouldn't be super pushy about getting a sale and would answee some questions I had about the HR-V. In comes Brandon Pollard, he was very nice and super knowledgeable about the HR-V, we took a test drive and of course I fell in love with the car. Brandon asked me if I wanted to discuss prices and was never pushy about me making a decision to buy that night although with all my questions answered and the ameneties offered, it was already a pretty done deal. Unfortunately the color vehicle I wanted wasn't available and would t be in stock until over a month later. I was a little disappointed in this because I'd have to run my credit a second time before signing a contract for the car. Luckily the dealership was very accommodating in allowing me to put down a "deposit" on the car to mark it as pre-sold so it couldn't be sold out from under me. A month later (and many updates from Brandon) my car finally came in on a Sunday which meant the Service department was closed and couldn't prep the car for me to come pick it up. The next day Service was severely understaffed and it took much longer to get my car ready than I would have likedu, but I was able to come in late in the afternoon and get papers filled out and done while we waited. Overall, this entire experience was really good, I felt like there was easy and open communication with my salesperson, I never felt pressured for a sale, and the prices/costs were up front and easy to understand.
