Hales is fun - wine selection is nothing special (no surprise), beer is pretty good (from what I know) and food is decent. And often not super crowded or super noisy - if you want to have an actual conversation with another person. And none of the hyper-typical annoying music, at least what I could hear.
Do need 2 cable channels though.
