We had breakfast on a Sunday. The food was great. There were two courses: granola and porridge followed by egg, bacon, cheeses, cured meat, salmon, and kale. It came with coffee and a juice as well. The preparation of each item was perfect and it made for an excellent meal. After we walked into the pantry where a chef happily talked with us about how they store items. We enjoyed the experience and would do it again on a special occasion.
