Very unhelpful and rude employees. I was charged for a meal on uber eats for a restaurant that was closed and emailed uber eats but they took weeks to respond and told me they could not refund me due to it being past 7 days. When in fact I did contact them within the time frame and they neglected to help me or give me a refund. Very very disappointed as I am a gold customer which I thought meant something and says better service buts its all lies. Anyone reading this be warned do not us uber go to lift and door dash instead much better customer service.
