Dan was on the main reception when I walked in. He was already on his way out for a break. He asked if I wanted some help, so he then took the next ten mins to give the bike the once over.
Thanks Dan, great customer service and focused on a newbie to cycling again after 28 years away, did not make me feel a child. Need more like Dan in this world. I'll definitely be back for my regular bike service and repairs.
